A good lecture by Dr. Robert Duncan on his knowledge of and involvement in various DARPA technologies for mind control. Some lowlights:

  • Dreams can be broadcast and read.
  • A "Voice of God" weapon was used in Gulf War I to make Iraqis law down their arms.
  • Microchips can store and transfer memories.
  • He claims AI is well past the the Turing Test. (This one bothers me the most, personally)


A more in depth documentary on the same topic is Das Netz (A much older, abstract, and philisophical approach)
