Listening to the Gordon White/ Chris Knowles Roundtable and just wanted to share a book I read when I was a teenager in the 70s called The Deadly Messiah by David Campbell Hill and Albert Fay Hill. It has massive viral deaths AND astrology! What's not to like? The style of writing is not so smooth but what it DOES have are lengthy discussions of the immune system, viruses, testing of viruses, how the CDC and the military carry out a quarantine, plus astrology and a tense manhunt.What a treat, so many episodes in such short notice. This one seems a timely addition to the current situation.
