Wasn’t there a great interview with an old doc who’s name escapes me, that was in charge of Navy paranormal research this Month. I listened to part of it went to listen to the rest and it seems to be gone.

No the gentleman spoke about having the highest IQ in the State of Washington and that they gave him LSD. Then he went on to get four PHDs and had labs all over and that anytime the Navy had something weird they brought him in to test it. He had a crazy funny laugh and spoke about now being in his 70s. It wasn’t Mr. Targ.
