My experience
To heal the gut (the cells):

Allergies
-
MSM (organic sulfur) (ingest with water, not fruit juice) , you might also be able to find herbal mixtures that work too.
note: homeopathy didn't help me.
(consider trying
MMS (miracle mineral soluiton):

MSM especially if the gut is inflamed (feels like it has a wound (burning sensation) which is a sign of a spot which is highly permeable.
- Undigested proteins from the mouth put a strain on the gut bacteria. Proteins are digested in the mouth by enzymes. (leaky gut is related to what's called "protein intolerance").
- Antibiotics in meat, and pesticideds and herbicides (which are classified as antibiotics) in grains decrease the amount of gut bacteria.
- Type A: Stop eating meat, eggs (chicken, fish (cod, organic salmon) and soy are easier to break down), dairy, and at least lower your consumption of grains (including cornstarch, popcorn) and peanuts. Wheat proteins are the worst (read "
Grain Brain". Use rye, spelt, and other rare grains. Also avoid potatoes, tomatos, vinegar and mustard.
- Take a digestive
enzyme supplement to avoid depleting your body's enzyme production:
Continue to stay away from red meat and dairy products. Give your gut a chance to rebuild itself properly so that is able to deal with the proteins that slip by, and digest all the food it receives quickly so that it doesn't start to rot and break down the gut lining.

- Eat more
fruits (digestive enzymes) and
broccoli (calcium) cauliflower (read
http://dadamo.com 's book)
- Steam cook the vegetables (to preserve as many enzymes and nutrients in the food).
- Chew your food, especially when you eat grains because enzymes are more effective than gut bacteria at breaking down proteins.
- Pesticides are antibiotics: so stay away from non-organic chicken, salmon, grains and everything else. If meat and grains are not organic the antibiotics will make it more difficult for the enzymes and the gut bacteria to do their job.
- Play calming music to tune out stress.
- Stand up, walk around more, remember to also wake up your ass:

- Less effective at opening up the cell wall of proteins are probiotics, but use a
probiotic supplement (with the highest amount of bifidus bacteria) a few times a year to support the gut (see Brisson's book). If your body has enough enzymes, the proteins are taken care of in the mouth.
The kind of probiotics you should look for contain bifidus bacteria.
-
Vitamin B supplement, because you don't get enough from vegetarian food if your stress level is high. If you don't get enough you might get depressed and later become manic depressive or schizophrenic.
- Drink
chamomile herbal tea (to deal with
thyroid issues like fatigue)
-
Calcium citrate
(do not ingest calcium and magnesium at the same time of the day)
- Wear orange fabrics to stimulate the stomach chakra
- Increase your stomach's level of stomach acid (hydrochloric acid).
important: be careful if you ingest supplements in powder form (except MSM), if your gut is damaged. Leave the supplement in your mouth for a while before you swallow or else some of it might pass through the gut lining like undigested proteins.
Thyroid
Before you developed problems with your gut, you may have experienced some sort of trauma, which weakened your body energetically and made it unable to defend itself against the latent Epstein-Barr virus. Proteins that enter your bloodstream put a toll on your immune system and you, in addition to symptoms of leaky gut, will confuse the symptoms associated with Epstein-Barr virus infection with a leaky gut, so: eat enzyme rich foods:

Sleep while playing meditation music. (
http://7digital.com search: zen, relax, spa, meditation), and play relaxing music during the day. You'll probably feel even more empowered if you listen to upbeat indie rock, hip hop, when you're calm.
