You're awesome. Your journey into creating the Higherside Chats is inspiring. And, apparently, I'm not the only one. There quite a few others using the same subscription structure.

There was a show a few months back that the guest talked about a link between electromagnetism or gravity "hotspots" (my word not his) formed or aided in the manifestation of ghosts. Any help would be greatly appreciated! ? ? ?

Thanks, I love Denver. I was planning to move there early next year to buy a house, but it's just a little outside of my means. (300-400k) Obviously, so is San Diego.

I know the concept you're talking about, but god I can't remember. I talk about ghosts so rarely that it shouldn't be too hard. I wanna guess Joshua Cutchin, but that's a guess. Sorry man.
