Here's what I drew from the Russell Targ video. It was interesting. I drew the spiky circle first, then when he said 'i've taken it out of my pocket, what do you notice now.' I was like 'oh, it's got a handle!' Interesting how it's a two person process.

I'm going to teach my SO to be my Russell Targ : )

Here is a target, a loved one with reoccurring medical issues. Please advise what may be at fault. Don't want to front load so keeping it vague.

Ok, did a quick look on this (like, no prep, just jumped in). I got blood, bone, bone marrow, and some kind of honey comb structure. Perhaps osteoperosis?
