Has anyone watched the latest South Park season yet? With all the hype around the China episode, I had to watch it, and boy, I was not disappointed! Epic comedy and satire of the highest degree as usual.
The China episode, which is their 300th anniversary, basically pokes fun at the entertainment industry, Hollywood & NBA, for catering to the Chinese cash-flow (and fuckin' with Winnie the Poo/President Xi) as seen lately in the news cycle.
Can't say more without spoilling it. But just to show how genius Trey Parker and Matt Stone are, here is their official "apology" to the Chinese Government, after the latter allegedly "scrubbed the web for South Park content" :
Still can't believe what a genius, free-PR this is, courtesy of the Chinese Government (by banning the show, gave it all the media attention it could only dream of)
Oh, and did I mention the latest episode, SHOTS, is about vaccination?!! South Park is going deep in the Disclosure, and it's probably the best format for it!

PS: For context, China has banned any portrayal of Winnie the Pooh a few years ago, after online forums started comparing the President Xi Ji Ping to the cartoon. So you can see why their government is pissed at this joke
