Hello again! I started a new job and it took me a bit to train my body to stay awake after work, lol. My bedtime became 8:30!!! Wtf!?

Glad to hear you stayed out of harm’s way during those fires. Good luck with figuring out fire mitigation and thoughtful land management techniques!

Ahhh California!! I left a few years ago and I miss it so much. I was in San Diego for 25 years. Great gardening climate

So you were near the fires.... I hope that you and yours came through unharmed.

I’m on Long Island now, waiting for the snow to melt so I can get out into the garden.

That's quite the change of scenery right there.

We live right on the coast so not super threatened by the fires but we got the orange skies for sure. The farm I work at was very close to one of the larger ones though.

Definitely something that inspires me to work on more thoughtful land management practices for sure.
