I'm really into field propulsion / electrogravitics, and I came across this Russian youtuber that seem to have built some amazing stuff that looks pretty legit to me. I can't understand their videos, as I don't speak Russian. If you could get in touch with these guy(s) and find someone to translate, this might be some really great material that English speakers have never heard. Here is the youtube link:

I've seen that patent before. It's interesting, but does not provide a theory of operation as far as I can tell. The design is simple enough though and reminds me of the hutchison effect with the combination of both static and dynamic electric fields.

Have you acquaintance with the case known as "lifter" ? One can see that been tested in Youtube videos.
This is related with the Thomas Townsen Brown effect.

Yes, very familiar with lifters. I recently built a 80 kV Cockcroft-Walton voltage multiplier, and I'm going to see if I can power a lifter with it. Just need some balsa wood to build it.

The theory is right at the end.
"4. To create, by claims (2.3), an interaction of the electrostatic field (2) with the electromagnetic wave (3) such that a combined spacetime curvature pressure is generated on the hull in the upward and forward direction to produce lift and propulsion respectively."

I also found quite a bit of speculation on the interwebs about the author of the application - one John St. Clair. Not much is known about him aside from his patent applications. On one website someone was wondering if he might represent some of the remaining NYMZA or 1903 groups. With regard to these groups I personally think they were disbanded and people affiliated moved into other more secret organizations ages ago - but that is largely speculation on my part.

OK, but it doesn't say why/how em waves would bend space-time. Mainstream science does not see em waves as waves in space-time, rather gravity waves are waves in space-time. I'm not saying I agree with that viewpoint, as it begs the question: what is the medium through which em waves propagate?

Yes! Ether is the key... But also longitudinal waves, like sound.
Longitudinal perturbations in the flux of Ether. This is several orders of magnitude faster then 'c'. For all intent and purposes it is instantaneous all over the Universe. It is the source of the so called "entanglement".

And: I suggest to forget all about "space-time" as everything from Einstein is disinfo to keep us all in a childhood understanding about reality...
