All I can say is that having a chick run her fingers through your hair and whisper sweet nothings in your ear is powerful juju. Empires have crumbled in such fashion. People have forgotten the power of things that are subtle, soft, and light. You ever scratch a mosquito bite really lightly? It's damn near orgasmic. Then it get's good to you and you rake all the skin off it. The rake is good, but never as mind blowing as the light scratch.
As far as youtube goes, this is how I see it.
The less polished the video, the better. When the video looks like somebody put money into it, I bail.
Set your intention before you watch to banish any unhealthy messages.
One of the rules I've heard about subliminal messages is that if you are expecting them and dead set against their influence, they are almost powerless against you.
But the bottom line is that the path to enlightenment is entirely inside you. You must always monitor your thoughts and actions. If you are doing so, then any change in mind and behavior will be noticed and can be eradicated. Only those who don't think about what they are doing are subject to external manipulation of this kind.
