Hello everyone. I've finally registered for the forums after being a full member for a year and a half. Listening for about two years now. I found this through TFH podcast, I can't say enough how great and well done this show is.

I'm super grateful as it has introduced some new ideas for practice in positive change and reminders to get back on other practices that have gone by the wayside that have been helpful in the past.

Thanks Greg and I saw the Gracie BJJ gift. I hope you enjoy it. It does wonders for the body and mind.
