It looks like he has come up with his own dynamic ether theory, and wrote 7 books on the subject. I just stumbled across the guy, but what I have read looks pretty good. I bet he would make an interesting guest, and his background sounds very similar to that of Trevor James Constable. Other than his website I don't see much about the guy, he sells his own books so he would probably appreciate some airtime.
