Password reset issues

Hi all,

Having issues trying to get my podcasts to come through and it appears to be an issue with my password, which now just doesn’t work at all! Just out of the blue and I haven’t changed it.

The problem i am having is this... as my password doesn’t work I have gone to the main higher side chats plus website to reset my password, however, when I put my username and or email address in it says that it has sent me an email for resetting password... I just never seem to get an email come through. I have tried about twenty times over the last few weeks and nothing!

The strange thing is the forums allowed me to reset my password straight away with no problems.

Any ideas please...

1) Are you sure you're checking the right email inbox?
2) I would try resetting the password one more time through the main website
3) All else fails, contacting the Man directly
Hope it helps.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. The man has sorted it for me as nothing was working for me to the registered username/email. Strange issue but all good now
