So hey. I haven't been on in a while. I am trying to download the new episodes of the podcast, but I need to log back in and can't remember my password. Resets have not worked.
Note, this is for the actual + show portal subscription, not for the forums.
I tried to reset it, but when I click the link in my email, it takes me to a URL that tells me the link was 'invalid', and I enter my information again. I've gone through 4 or 5 email links, all of them registering as invalid.
And yes, I have indeed paid my subscription fee this month. Any help?
