The only explanation I can ascribe is that they didn't want anything too flashy and aerodynamic to show up the original tin can lander.

It's hard for me to believe this guy doesn't have access to electrogravitic crafts at this point. So yeah, I do agree and think he's trolling us..
It seems common in the industry too. I believe it was Paul Laviolette, the previous guest on THC. In his book on such crafts, he pointed out that the B2 Bomber actually is a hybrid kerosene (assumption based on standard jetfuel) and electrogravitic craft, by making use of positive-negative charge to create a bubble around it, with a positive feedback loop type of propulsion (like Schauberger's trouts). But basically, all that is publicly reveiled, is that it's a standard plane albeit cool-looking (inspired by the shape of falcons during flight if I'm not mistaken).
Also, I used to be an Apple fan (I know.. oh the times they are a-changing) and they used to test their latest, unreleased hardware in regular model covers so that they can test it in the field without leaks. (though that didnt work so well now, did it?)
So yeah, all this to say, Bezos is surely hiding some juicy stuff behind.

Yes, EP, and how well does all that with what Dr. Pollack was saying about electrostatics and flight. Boom!

There's some weird in-fighting going on. NASA and NOAA are pushing back against the 5G rollout citing interference with weather mapping satellites,
"The current FCC proposal would have a significant negative impact on the transmission of critical Earth science data – an American taxpayer investment spanning decades and billions of dollars,” they wrote in a Feb. 28 letter to Pai."

In the March 8 letter, Pai rejected that invitation, saying the matter was settled. “Notwithstanding the absence of any technical basis for an objection over the past two years to the FCC’s well-established protection limits, NTIA [the National Telecommunications and Information Administration] declined to agree with the FCC’s balanced approach on this issue,” Pai wrote. To settle the matter, the State Department, acting as the arbiter, agreed with the FCC approach.
Pai further scolded the NTIA and NASA for “actively lobbying foreign delegations and key industry players” to undercut the FCC’s position. “Such actions are unacceptable,” he wrote.

The satellites are the backbone and will work with ground stations to saturate.

Elana Freeland's book, Under an Ionized Sky was a great primer into this topic. A mind-earthquake, involving meticulous research on the implementation of a space fence, and its implications to the biosphere, including the 5G plan.
