Sorry, but its govt. that has driven up the cost of education...and which also guarantees loans (w/o this banks wouldn't lend $10,000's to 18 y.o.'s coming out of high-school) & makes it illegal to discharge student loan-debt via bankruptcy. Its also the unbelievably shitty socialist K-12...- hisich
